Mushroom cream soup for multicooker

  • Champignons – 600 grams;
  • Onion – 2 medium heads;
  • Potatoes – 600 grams;
  • Cream with a fat content of 10% – 0,2 liters;

Mushrooms are cut into four parts, and vegetables are cut into medium-sized cubes.

All ingredients, in addition to salt and cream, are placed on the multicooker bowl, poured with water and mixed thoroughly.

The lid of the multicooker closes, the cooking time is an hour.

After the soup is ready, it is poured into another container, cream and salt are added to it, the whole mixture is whipped with a blender until a homogeneous consistency.

The soup can be served with croutons or croutons.
