Surprisingly, dairy made the list because of its vitamin A content, rather than the glorified calcium. According to nutritionists, not every organism can assimilate vitamin A necessary for beauty, for example, from carrots – but in fermented milk products it is extremely “loyal” and is perceived by everyone. An additional bonus is yoghurts with live bacteria or enzymes that have a beneficial effect on digestion (the better it is, the less toxins remain).

Sulfides – various chemical compounds of sulfur – are found in many products, but they are especially well absorbed raw, which is why it is important to put, for example, raw onions and bell peppers in a salad, throw parsley “just from the garden” into a dish that has already been removed from the fire and there are cheeses made from raw milk (these are, for example, parmesan and mozzarella).
