Loéva lives in Paris, but nature sets the pace for her daily life. Breastfeeding of her two children (Johnna, 2 years old, and Amance, 3 months), co-sleeping, babywearing, vegetables and walks every day. At 25, she shares her freshness of living motherhood with more than 5 subscribers. And it feels good !

Parents: Why this name on Instagram?

Mamanoosaure: Since I was little, I have loved dinosaurs. At first, my name was Loévanoosaurus. When I became a mom, I changed. Nothing to do with proximal mothering at the time of the dinos!

Have you decided to stop working to raise your children?

Mamanoosaure: Not exactly. I am 25 years old and when I got pregnant with Johnna, I was preparing for the institute competition. But I prefer to do this job in an alternative Steiner-Waldorf school. So I follow the training once a month with the aim of working there later as a teacher (“gardener” for 3-6 year olds). I also found it a shame to wait until I settled into working life to have children. I prefer to do everything at the same time, the job, the projects and the children! It’s a desire that has been rooted in me for a long time. At 23, I was ready. We do not experience it as a constraint at all.

You show pictures during feedings, why?

Mamanoosaure: I am not a breastfeeding activist. I just want the image of a woman breastfeeding (even a bigger child like Johnna) to become commonplace, not to shock any more. I still perceive surprised looks in the park!

In your photos, you often seem fulfilled, even three months after birth, what is your secret?

Mamanoosaure: I am not always and some posts tell it! There are times when I have a hard time. My partner (Léo) is a firefighter and works 48 hour shifts. When I’m alone with the children (we don’t have a family in the Paris region), I sometimes crack up, especially at bedtime. I sometimes isolate myself to shout a blow! We need to unload ourselves. For the rest, I was lucky to have a very avant-garde mom who raised me this way, very naturally, so I’m just reproducing …

And for the line, it is certainly breastfeeding and balanced menus that help me. I eat more than Leo and have never been on a diet!

In your presentation, you use the term “punk parenting”…

Mamanoosaure: Yes, that sums up our way of living, of raising our children. We go against the grain of a lot of habits. The stroller, the bottle, the separate bedrooms… We respect the choices of other parents. My goal is above all to help other mothers to make these choices in an informed way. I give a lot of advice to those who want to breastfeed for a long time or carry out babywearing, give birth at home …

What does your Instagram account do for you?

Mamanoosaure: It allowed me to expand my circle of moms. To exchange ideas and meet families who are like us. Some posts were very shared and this is probably what made the account “take off”.

What can we wish you for the future?

Mamanoosaure: To move to the green! We would like to move to Annecy when Léo has finished his contract in Paris. And also to expand the family with another child, maybe even two more! So we still have a little work to do …
