A background (watermark) is a translucent background image that sits behind the text. It is used to indicate the status of a document (secret, draft, etc.) or to display a company logo. We’ll show you how to add watermarks to Word 2013 documents.
To insert a watermark, open a document and click on the tab Дизајн (Design) on the Ribbon.
У одељку Page Background (Page background) click on the button водени жиг (Substrate). The various built-in watermarks will be displayed. Click on the sample you like.
A watermark appears behind the text in the document.
If you decide that the watermark is no longer needed, or the status of the document changes, you can easily remove it. To do this, click on the button водени жиг (Underlay) and select Уклоните водени жиг (Remove backing).
In addition, you can create custom watermarks from text or images. To do this, click on водени жиг (Underlay) and select Прилагођени водени жиг (Customizable background).
На екрану ће се појавити оквир за дијалог. Штампани водени жиг (Printed substrate). In custom watermarks, you can add text or a picture. To add a text watermark, select Text watermark (Text). Customize as you wish Језик (Language), Фонт (Font), veličina (Size) and boja (Color). Optionally, you can select the option Semitransparent (Translucent).
Specify how you want to position the background − Дијагонала (diagonal) or Хоризонталан (Horizontally). Click OK.
The custom watermark is now included in the document.
If you want to use the picture as a watermark, click on водени жиг (Watermark) tab Дизајн (Design) and select again Прилагођени водени жиг (Customizable background). In the dialog box Printed Watermark (Printed backing) click on Слика (Figure), and then on Изаберите Слика (Choose).
You can select an image from a folder on your computer, from Clip Art on Office.com, search for an image on Bing, or download from OneDrive. As an example, we found the Windows logo in Bing.
Select an image from the search results and click on Инсертион (Инсерт).
Белешка: Make sure you agree to the restrictions on the use of the selected graphic.
To insert a picture as a translucent image behind the text, check the box испирање (Discolor). You can also set the scale for the picture, or let Word scale it automatically by selecting ауто (Auto). Click OKto place the underlay.
The image will be inserted into the document behind the text.
тим водени жиг (Watermark) is also available in Word 2007 and 2010, but in those versions you will find it on the Страна Распоред (page markup), not Дизајн (Дизајн).
