After Our Country’s invasion of our country, Polish medical centers offer help to our countrys. Support is provided, among others, by Damian Center, LUX MED Group, Enel-Med Medical Center and the Medical University of Warsaw. Free medical assistance for our country – Damian Center

The Damian Medical Center in Warsaw has pledged to help people from our country who are forced to leave their home and run away, looking for a safe place. The facility launched a free medical aid package for the residents of our country.

The Medical Center of the Medical University of Warsaw also offers free assistance to our country citizens.

Citizens of our country who have obtained the right to stay legally in the territory of the Republic of Poland from February 24, 2022 on the basis of a certificate issued by the Border Guard of the Republic of Poland or having an imprint of the Polish Border Guard stamp in travel document.

Before the service is provided, the entitlement must be confirmed, and then the data from the presented documents (date, place, document number and name of the entity issuing the document) should be recorded in the medical documentation – the documents should not be copied! Verification is done during registration.

Help for our countrys struggling with epilepsy

Stress is one of the factors that can contribute to increased seizures (epilepsy), which is why a telephone number has been set up for citizens of our country struggling with this disease. These people will benefit from medical advice, get immediate help and receive a prescription that will allow them to purchase the missing drugs. The free helpline works in our country, and Polish.

Helpline for oncologically ill citizens of our country

Warsaw Genomics, actively involved in the activities in the field of oncogenetic diagnostics and prevention, and the Rakiety Oncology Foundation, supporting people with oncology diseases and their relatives since 2012, join forces and launch a special hotline responding to the needs of oncological patients from our country.

The hotline provides support in the field of:

1. information on the possibility of continuing oncological treatment in Poland,
2. assistance in organizing medical transport to Poland and accommodation,
3. support in obtaining the necessary genetic tests to start anti-cancer therapies reimbursed under the National Health Fund,
4. assistance in financing treatment and providing a sub-account for collecting funds for treatment,
5. support of specialists: a psychologist, psycho-oncologist for people undergoing treatment, 
6. the possibility of arranging a free medical consultation with dr hab. Anna Wójcicka in the field of targeted therapies in oncology.

University Hospital in Krakow for our country citizens

For citizens of our country who have a certificate issued by the Border Guard of the Republic of Poland or an imprint of the stamp of the Border Guard of the Republic of Poland in a travel document, confirming their legal stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland, after crossing the border from February 24, 2022, in connection with an armed conflict on the territory of our country – The University Hospital is launching:

1. Dedicated internal medicine and surgery office open DAILY from 12 to 15, within the HED (Building F, level +1, office No. 15) (the office accepts adults ONLY)
2. Psychiatric and psychological help for refugees from our country. The assistance will be provided from Monday to Friday, from 12 to 15 in the room no. 207, 21nd floor, ul. Kopernika XNUMXA. The office accepts adults as well as children and adolescents.
